Yes, Haulmate was founded in Singapore. We are a registered Singapore business and work with the most trusted local moving services to provide you with an easy and fast way to book your moving services.
We partner with amazing Singapore moving companies who pay us to find them new customers. Haulmate does not mark up any prices and all prices have been set by our partners. We are free to use and there is no cost to you if you just want to use our platform to research services, prices and content.
Today, we are available in Singapore and have plans to expand to other countries soon.

You are able to request quotes from Singapore moving companies, order moving boxes and book your end of lease clean. We plan to add other moving services in the coming months including storage, furniture disposal / selling, handyman services, air con servicing and many more.
We charge a service fee of 5% on all paid transactions. This helps us run our platform and offer services such as instant booking.
In most instances, the partner who is providing you with the service should reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm the booking. If for whatever reason, a partner does not reach out and is not contactable, you can contact Haulmate directly.
If you booked a moving service such as end of lease clean, you must contact the moving partner directly to amend any bookings.
The fastest way to access any bookings you’ve made is to create an account / log in and you should be directed to your very own moving dashboard.
If you don’t want to create an account, that’s also fine. Haulmate would have sent you an email confirmation immediately following check-out. Please refer to that email for all your booking information.
If you need to make any cancellations to your booking, please contact the partner directly. Haulmate can not guarantee that they will provide you a refund but it’s always worth contacting the partner to check.
